What happens to my CV

Collection and pre-selection of CVs and other submitted documents is part of the recruitment process and usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. If the advertisement states the date until which the collection of applications takes place, we usually pre-select the applications all at once after this date. For some job vacancies, we use other options to verify your assumptions for the position. It is possible that we will want from you for example:
  • Cover letter
  • Verification of qualification
  • References from previous employers
  • Elaboration of a task that simulates a typical work situation at the advertised position
  • Concept of workplace management

Then we will contact the most suitable candidates and invite them to an interview.
